Position: IT and Graphic Design Intern (1 position)

Description:

The RBA Initiative is seeking talented and dedicated Media and Graphic Design Intern to join our expanding team. If you have a passion for transforming complex ideas into visually appealing and engaging communications, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Help us make an impact through our impactful projects, including the RBA Initiative AMR School Clubs Project in Dodoma, Tanzania. Duration of Internship:

6 months, with the possibility of extension based on the needs of the RBA Initiative.

Qualifications:

Training on IT and or graphic design and other relevant field at certificate, Diploma or Bachelor degree (or equivalent) level from a recognized academic institution.

Proficiency in graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Have Credible Computer skills, Data base management, & IT skills.

Strong teamwork, communication, and self-management skills.

Excellent oral and written proficiency in Swahili and English.

Ability to deliver high-quality results and collaborate effectively.

Strong conceptualizing, branding, and creative skills.

Good interpersonal skills

Location:

Based in Dodoma region, preferably Dodoma city or Bahi district.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for Media and Graphic Design Interns may include:

Creating print and digital promotional materials for social media, web, and print.

Videography and editing, including creating videos for workshops, programs, events, and other activities.

Collaborating with teammates to develop design concepts.

Completing projects in accordance with brand guidelines.

Assisting with online outreach and social media promotion.

Undertaking assigned project tasks based on project needs.

Photography skills will be an added advantage, capturing pictures of the organization and project activities.

Internship Details:

Minimum of 6 months, working part-time with the possibility of extension.

Financial support includes fixed compensation for completed tasks and a travel allowance.
